My name is Sam Thom. I set up Rufus Runs Fast in summer 2008. I offer production and advice for businesses and organizations on how to use the Social Web to improve links with customers - more on that at the Social Web page.
My background is in journalism and radio (Check out my CV on my personal website). I've been writing for more than 20 years and making radio documentaries for 9 years. I'm a web enthusiast and while working for BBC Radio I began learning how to design for it, how to create and publish audio and video and how to build communities.
